About Pronoia Africa

The system is rigged. Talent without access is the world's most wasted resource — and the music industry is built on keeping it that way. Pronoia.Africa is a South African non-profit that finds the artists the industry ignores and gives them everything it won't: professional studios, mentorship, production budgets, and a pipeline to the world. No fees. No gatekeeping. Just a sanctuary where undiscovered talent turns into unstoppable sound. This is not charity. This is a conspiracy in your favour. Music

We put recording artists in professional studios — no cost, no gatekeeping, just the space and gear to capture their sound — We push out compilation releases of different artists to give them a platform that opens doors they could never kick down alone.

Art

A track can hit hard and still go unnoticed if it looks like nothing. We give every artist a full visual identity — album cover art, look, feel, the whole package — so their music lands with the weight it deserves before anyone presses play.

Video

We shoot music videos, interviews, and live performances that put the artist front and centre — because a voice you cannot see is a voice that gets forgotten. We show the world who they are so you can feel them before you even hear the first note.

Performing Arts

We book the stages that turn raw talent into real stage presence — shows where artists perform, adapt, and sharpen their craft in front of a live crowd. Every set is a reps, and every crowd is a lesson you cannot learn in a studio.

What We Want To Do

Every month, we want to give one artist everything they need to make the work that changes everything. We clear every obstacle and put real resources behind a breakthrough, not just a session. Not a step forward — a leap into the career they deserve. That is what we want to do. Nothing less…

Musician

We find undiscovered talent. No catalog needed. We cover everything else -- rent, food, bills -- so you get one month to do nothing but create. We handle the EP, the music video, the photoshoot, the cover, the interviews. You handle the art.

Extended Play

We produce a 3-to-6 track EP, 30 minutes or less. Tight enough to showcase your range, focused enough to push a single to radio and TV. We handle the studio, the mix, the master. They handle the performance.

Look&Feel

Behind every great musician is an unmatched visual identity -- covers, photos, videos, every touchpoint. We build the look. We shoot the campaign. We produce the visuals. You bring the presence.

Document

We put an artist up for a month and document the entire creative process. Every session, every idea, every quiet moment. The audience gets to know him on a personal level -- and that connection is what turns listeners into fans. We capture it. They just live it.

Zero capital needed. We cover rent, food, studio, production, visuals, promotion. The artist brings only talent.

Everything in 30 days. EP, music video, photoshoot, cover art, press. A full launch package, not years of scrapping.
Investors get equity in a portfolio asset. Music, visuals, and a story built to be licensed, syndicated, and scaled. The payout is cultural and commercial.

Pronoia.Africa's creative team is a multidisciplinary collective of specialists dedicated to discovering and amplifying undiscovered African talent through music, video, and digital storytelling. Led by founder Mark Anthony Duckitt, whose own journey from a life altering car accident inspired the organization's mission, the team operates with the radical purpose of ``conspiring to help Africa.``
